We welcome donations in cash and kind from individual donors as well as corporate entities and grant-making bodies who share our vision of environmental justice and conservation. Donations are tax-deductible as we are registered under sections 12A and 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961 and have also received the clearance under the Indian Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA), 2010.We appreciate one time donations as well as long-term contributions. We also understand that a number of donors undertake their charitable causes in a phased manner, starting small and building up to more significant contributions as they learn more about the organisation. We favour such evolving partnerships.
Contributions can also be made towards specific themes, projects or products such as publications, preparation of media campaigns and funding for scientific literature, data acquisition and specialised equipment. All contributions will be credited explicitly on our website, annual reports and other publicity material generated using the funds supplied.
