Elwin’s interest in education started when he was a teacher in a low-income private school, teaching 3rd and 4th grade students. There were many challenges faced during this journey, but at the end of everyday seeing his students smiling, just made his day. Following this, he decided to do his Masters in Education, specializing in school organisation, leadership and management. During this period, he the got opportunity to travel to many parts of the country and learn the environment and structures of different educational institutions. These experiences helped me to develop my understanding of education as well as imbibe values.
