Profile: As Assistant Director at Dakshin, I support the Director and Associate Director with the long-term vision and strategy for the institution, institutional fundraising, administration as well as facilitate coordination between the three programmes. Apart from this my research and interventions focus on issues around coastal governance and fishworker networks. I work closely with other environmental organisations and fishworker unions to carry out training and workshops on coastal laws and governance mechanisms.
