Renuka Reddy is the Admin and HR officer with Dakshin Foundation. She has 7 years of experience in accounting professional from development sector. During this period, she has managed FCRA account and Project assets funded CEPF at ATREE. Her association with Research and Development institute during the last 7 years will bring forward more effective contributions to Dakshin in the Organizational administration and HR management and also setting up effective Admin and HR Policies in place. Her role as Admin and HR officer and Ms Renuka supports manager- finance, Admin & HR, Director and Associate Director of Dakshin Foundation. Apart from this she oversees office assets including IT, Publications, AMCs, maintain employee HR records, including contract renewals, attendance, leave, medical insurance, health safety and Environment. Update and implement all necessary policies of HR and Admin related issues in time to time.
